Off the Cuff: Christopher Ward C63 Sealander

The Automatic is a good example of a great everyday type of watch that I’m glad Christopher Ward released. Before the Sealander Automatic, the brand didn’t offer many options for a fixed-bezel everyday sports watch with reasonable dimensions (under 40mm.) So, with great proportions, a solid movement, and good finish, the Automatic is a solid contender for a one-watch collection timepiece.

Off the Cuff: Audric Strider

The Strider weighs in at 42mm in diameter with a lug to lug measurement just under 48mm. Despite these slightly larger dimensions, it is a relatively slender 11.5mm thick--owing, in part, to the flat sapphire crystal. This is a multi-faceted watch with curves and angles in all the right places. While largely brushed, it has a sharp line of polish on its twelve-sided, dodecagon bezel--certainly one of the highlights in this design.
